A local crew, held to a high standard.
Not an agency roster. The same small team, working from The Old Maltings, for homes in Archford and the villages nearby.
Arch Services works from Unit 4 at The Old Maltings on Mill Lane in Archford. The houses around here were being passed between agencies: a different face each week, a price that moved, and nobody who remembered the dog’s name. The crew is small on purpose so that stops being the normal way a clean gets done.
We are known for four jobs. House cleaning, oven cleaning, gardening, and painting are on the side of the van because they are what people ask for first. The same people also deep-clean a house before a sale, prepare a place for the inventory clerk, lift carpets, wash windows, clear gutters, and pressure-wash a patio. If the job is domestic and we can do it safely, it is probably on the list.
We do not cover the whole county. If you are in Archford or one of the villages within about 12 miles, you are in the area. If you are further out, call and we will say so plainly rather than take a booking we will resent on the drive.
What we will not pretend to do
No gas work, no roofing, no tree surgery, and nothing that needs a specialist ticket. If a downpipe is blocked underground, or a door will not come off an oven without forcing it, we stop and tell you. Public liability insurance covers the visits, and we can show the certificate before the first job.
On a regular clean you should see the same person unless they are on leave. When that happens, we tell you who is coming. The price you are given before the visit is the price, unless the house is not the house you described — and then we talk before we carry on.
