Yes. Cleaning, gardening, handyman work and property care can be arranged separately or together, so one property can be looked after through one service.

A regular clean keeps on top of everyday dust and mess on a schedule. A deep clean goes further, into built-up grease, limescale, skirting and the areas behind and beneath, and usually takes longer.

This depends on the job and your preferences. It is confirmed as part of your quote, including any products you would like used or avoided.

Share any inventory or checklist when you ask for a quote and it can be reflected in the scope. Decisions about deposits are made by your landlord or agent.

Yes. Garden maintenance can be scheduled regularly, for example through the growing season, or arranged as one-off and seasonal visits.

Green waste removal depends on the job and the amount involved. Whether it is included is confirmed as part of your quote.

Yes. A garden tidy-up is designed to bring an overgrown or neglected garden back into shape. Larger clearances may need more than one visit.

Small practical jobs around the home: assembling furniture, mounting and hanging, minor repairs, sealant, fittings and the odd jobs that build up. A list of several small jobs can be covered in one visit.

Work that legally needs a registered specialist, such as gas work or notifiable electrical work, is not part of a handyman visit. If you’re unsure, describe the job and you’ll be told whether it fits.

It depends on the job. Materials, fixings and who provides them are confirmed as part of your quote.

Choose Get a Quote, pick the service, tell us what you need and add photos if they help. Arch reviews your requirements and uses your request reference when discussing the work with you.

Every property and job is different, so each one is quoted individually, based on the work involved, rather than priced from a list.

The type of work, the size of the property or garden, any areas that need particular attention, photos where useful, and your preferred timing.

Each quote request covers one service at the moment. If you need more than one, for example a deep clean and a garden tidy-up, send a request for each or describe the extra work in the notes.

Arch Jobs is a planned part of Arch for jobs that fall outside the core services. Customers will be able to post a job and receive quotes from local professionals.
