We clean to the sort of list an inventory clerk actually checks: the oven, the insides of the cupboards, the marks behind the sofa, the bathroom seal, and the floor edges. If the check-out is in Archford or one of the villages, we know the kind of report that comes back.

What’s included
- A full deep clean of the living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms
- Oven interior on a single oven, unless you tell us it is a range
- Insides of empty cupboards and wardrobes
- Interior glass on ground-floor windows
- A short written note of what was cleaned, if you want it for the agent
What we leave off, unless you ask
- Carpet cleaning, unless you add it — many inventories ask for it separately
- Gardens, unless you add a tidy
- Repairs, filler, and painting over scuffs
