Cleaning

One-Off Cleaning

A single clean, whenever you need one.

A clean shaker-style kitchen with fitted cupboards and an oven

Overview

Not every home needs a routine. A one-off clean is for a particular moment: before guests arrive, after an occasion, or when the house simply needs catching up. Tell us what matters most and the quote will reflect it.

What it can include

Depending on your requirements, one-off cleaning can include:

  • Kitchens and bathrooms
  • Floors and surfaces
  • Dusting throughout
  • Specific rooms or areas you choose
  • Tidying and resetting rooms
  • Extra tasks, depending on your requirements

The exact scope is confirmed as part of your quote.

Questions

Common questions.

What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

A regular clean keeps on top of everyday dust and mess on a schedule. A deep clean goes further, into built-up grease, limescale, skirting and the areas behind and beneath, and usually takes longer.

Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?

This depends on the job and your preferences. It is confirmed as part of your quote, including any products you would like used or avoided.

Can you work to my landlord’s or agent’s checklist?

Share any inventory or checklist when you ask for a quote and it can be reflected in the scope. Decisions about deposits are made by your landlord or agent.

How do I request a quote?

Choose Get a Quote, pick the service, tell us what you need and add photos if they help. Arch reviews your requirements and uses your request reference when discussing the work with you.

Why aren’t prices listed?

Every property and job is different, so each one is quoted individually, based on the work involved, rather than priced from a list.
