Odd Jobs
The jobs that don’t fit neatly anywhere else.

Overview
Some jobs are hard to categorise: moving furniture between rooms, fitting a draught excluder, changing a bulb you can’t reach. Odd jobs are for exactly those tasks. Describe what you need and it will be quoted.
What it can include
Depending on your requirements, odd jobs can include:

- Changing hard-to-reach bulbs
- Draught excluders and door stops

The exact scope is confirmed as part of your quote.

What counts as a handyman job?
Small practical jobs around the home: assembling furniture, mounting and hanging, minor repairs, sealant, fittings and the odd jobs that build up. A list of several small jobs can be covered in one visit.
Do you carry out gas or electrical work?
Work that legally needs a registered specialist, such as gas work or notifiable electrical work, is not part of a handyman visit. If you’re unsure, describe the job and you’ll be told whether it fits.
Who supplies the materials?
It depends on the job. Materials, fixings and who provides them are confirmed as part of your quote.
How do I request a quote?
Choose Get a Quote, pick the service, tell us what you need and add photos if they help. Arch reviews your requirements and uses your request reference when discussing the work with you.
Why aren’t prices listed?
Every property and job is different, so each one is quoted individually, based on the work involved, rather than priced from a list.
