Overview

Property maintenance looks after the condition of a home over time: fixing the small things, keeping on top of wear and dealing with issues before they grow. It can be a single visit or a regular schedule.

What it can include

Depending on your requirements, property maintenance can include:

  • General repairs and adjustments
  • Sealant, grout and finishing
  • Gutter clearing, depending on access and height
  • Doors, windows and fittings
  • Small exterior repairs
  • Seasonal checks around the property

The exact scope is confirmed as part of your quote.

Good for

Who it suits

  • Homeowners who want things kept in order
  • Landlords with one or more properties
  • Properties that are let or empty

Use cases

When people ask for it

  • A seasonal maintenance visit
  • Keeping a rental in good order between tenancies
  • Looking after a second home

What to expect

How the work is arranged

  • An agreed list of checks and jobs
  • Larger issues discussed before any work
  • Anything that needs a specialist flagged rather than attempted

Worth knowing

  • Work at height or on structural issues may need a specialist
  • Access to all areas should be arranged in advance

The process

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Choose the service, or describe the job if it doesn’t fit neatly into one.

  2. 02

    Share property details

The size of the property or garden, the areas involved and any photos that help.

  3. 03

    Receive your quote

A clear quote setting out the work, based on your property rather than a price list.

  4. 04

    Choose what works for you

Decide on timing and frequency, one-off, regular or seasonal, before anything is arranged.

Ask about property maintenance.

Share a few details about your property and the quote will set out exactly what is included.

Questions

Common questions.

What does Arch Services do?

Arch Services provides cleaning, gardening, handyman and property care for homes. You can ask about a single job or several, and every job starts with a quote so the scope is clear before any work is arranged.

Which areas do you cover?

Arch Services is establishing its initial service area. Contact us to check availability for your property.

Can I book online?

Not yet. You can send a quote request online; Arch reviews your requirements first, and booking is arranged separately once the work is agreed.

Can Arch help with more than one type of job?

Yes. Cleaning, gardening, handyman work and property care can be arranged separately or together, so one property can be looked after through one service.

How do I request a quote?

Choose Get a Quote, pick the service, tell us what you need and add photos if they help. Arch reviews your requirements and uses your request reference when discussing the work with you.

Why aren’t prices listed?

Every property and job is different, so each one is quoted individually, based on the work involved, rather than priced from a list.
